Notre Dame unveils uniforms for Shamrock Series vs. BYU with The Hangover homage

Notre Dame revealed the uniforms it will be wearing for this year’s Shamrock Series matchup against BYU in Las Vegas with a tribute to “The Hangover” on Wednesday, as head coach Marcus Freeman, edge rusher Isaiah Foskey and tight end Michael Mayer teamed up with Mike Golic and Mike Golic Jr. to parody the beloved buddy comedy set in Vegas.

The uniforms, white with gold lettering, continue an Irish tradition of debuting alternate uniforms during the Shamrock Series, which in recent years has taken the program to Yankee Stadium, Fenway Park and, last year, Chicago’s Soldier Field. The reveal video ends in Allegiant Stadium, the home of the Las Vegas Raiders and the site of Notre Dame’s Oct. 8 matchup with BYU.
